Galaksen is rated at approximately 88 children and our house consists of two departments; Vuggestuen (Nursery) and Børnehaven (Kindergarten). Vuggestuen with the youngest children in the rooms Stjerneskuddet and Apollo, and Børnehaven with the rooms Pluto, Store Bjørn and Mælkevejen. The Galaxy is a combined institution, which means that the children are guaranteed a place in the institution until the start school.
We are approximately 20 permanent employees, but we often have people in different internships.
In Galaksen we value our traditions, such as Fastelavn (similar to carneval), Easter, Plant day - where everybody brings a flower or a plant, art-weeks, christmas and many, many more.

Our institution is located in a scenic area, close to the forest, the beach, the train station, the horse track and much more.
